Online video streaming is the most popular way to watch videos online. Websites like Youtube, Hulu, Netflix, Facebook etc. all use video streaming to deliver their videos to you. The videos are stored on our servers and delivered to you by internet connection.

In some cases we allow this, but due to the size of the video files it is not practical to download them.

You will need to ” mirror ” or ” cast ” the videos from a laptop or desktop computer to watch them on a TV. You can mirror the screen via HDMI connection . You can also chromecast from a laptop or desktop computer to your TV.
Q. Are the Insider videos available on DVD ?
No. Due to the size and quality of our videos, it would not be practical to offer them on a DVD.

We added the monthly subscription to the site to give you another option to watch our videos. For $ 35.00 a month you can watch all of Aaron and Austin’s videos. You also have access to the support forum . You can cancel at anytime and come back at anytime. There are no yearly fees. If you cancel your monthly membership, you will no longer have access to our videos. You can still buy forever access to select videos if you want . The monthly subscription is a great way to watch a lot of videos for a very affordable price. Many people start with the monthly subscription to get a feel for the videos they are interested in, then come back and buy them.

– I Cannot find where to watch the videos I just bought
Go to the top navigation on any page of the website and drop down the ” Courses” menu. Click on the course you bought. When you are on the course page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see your videos under ” Student Only Content Below”
– I am on the course page for the videos I bought, but I still cannot see the videos.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see the videos under ” Student Only Content Below”. If you do not see the videos , try refreshing your page. If you still cannot see the videos, make sure you are logged in. If none of that works, call us at 920.674.3724
– The playback on the videos is choppy
Choppy playback or buffering is often the result of a slow or changing internet connection. You will need at least 3 mbps of download speed to watch our videos in full HD smoothly . You an run a speed test on your internet connection here :http://www.speedtest.net/ . Also try watching the videos on a different device or internet connection. You can also watch our videos in Standard definition if you internet connection is very slow. You can adjust that on the video player, just click on the ” HD ” button in the lower left corner.
